The guy changes the timezone back to +530GMT, creates the "regal" tradition of having ambassadors brought to him via horse and carriage, uproots a statue of Queen Victoria that has been there for over a century and a 20 ton rock that has the Portuguese coat of arms on it that has been there for even longer and unceremoniously dumps them. The former at Vihara Maha Devi Park (ironically this was the Queen Victoria Park before they changed the name) and the rock at the breakwater. Why did he do all this?
