Went to Kandy during the last week with the Mad Monk on a mission of edjimacation.

After a long school session, Yours Truly sat by the Kandy Lake to watch the water. Its not often that I get to do that.

Yes I live by a lake, but sometimes that becomes difficult. It was simpler in Kandy.

Of course I get pissed off when I see the Maligawa. The way those fuckers have taken over a religion of tolerance and turned it into a political tool for their own aggrandizement is just a fucking mindfuck.

But sitting at the lake I realised that a good bazooka could bring the entire edifice crumbling down. And you wouldn't even have to do a suicide run.. (am i the only one who sits and looks at buildings and wonders what it would take to do serious damage to them?

I also got to see the old Dennis fire engine they have in Kandy. Its still a beauty.
